Before you buy
- What happens when my plan runs out?
- Your projects stay exactly as they are. Paid modules lock until you renew — nothing is deleted, and everything unlocks again the moment a new plan is active.
- Do you store the floor plans I upload?
- They are stored so your projects reopen where you left them, and they belong to your account alone. You can delete a project — or your whole account and everything in it — from your workspace at any time. See the privacy policy.
- Can I use the reports with clients commercially?
- Yes. Paid plans export without a watermark and carry your own consultant details on every page.
- Which payment methods work?
- Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, through PayU. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes.
- How do refunds work?
- Read the refund policy — then write to TODO@example.com with your transaction reference and we will sort it out.
