Terms of Service

1. The service

My Vastu Tool is a web tool for Vastu analysis. You upload a floor plan, mark the plot outline and orientation, and the tool overlays the Vastu Purusha Mandala — the Shakti Chakra zones, padas, marma points and the 45-devta mandala — and produces reports from it.

2. Guidance, not advice

Vastu Shastra is a traditional discipline. Outputs from this tool are informational guidance for a practitioner’s own judgement, not professional architectural, structural, engineering, legal, medical or financial advice. No outcome is promised or guaranteed. Do not make structural changes to a building on the basis of this tool alone — engage a qualified architect or structural engineer.

3. Your account

• You must give an accurate email address and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One account is for one person. Sharing credentials so several people can use one paid plan is a breach of these terms.
• Tell us at once if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Your content

Floor plans, project names and annotations you upload remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display that content back to you so the service can function. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.

You confirm you have the right to upload each plan you upload — for example that you own it or your client has permitted its use.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to breach, probe or overload the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the tool’s output as a competing service.
• Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or anyone else’s data without their consent.
• Do not circumvent plan limits or billing.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are sold as fixed-term passes at the price shown at checkout, in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we never receive or store your card details. A plan grants the features and project limits listed for it on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Prices may change. A change never alters a pass you have already bought — it applies from your next purchase or renewal.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: a paid plan can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or endangers the service or other users. You may close your account at any time by writing to TODO@example.com. On closure your projects are deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the place of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
